My name is Sheryl Walters. I am a natural health practitioner and I am passionate about knowing everything there is about maintaining vitality in mind and body for many reasons:

1. Cancer and disease are in my family and becoming epidemic in society, but I don’t believe that we are genetically destined to have to endure ill health. By taking advantage of the great wealth of knowledge that we currently have on preventing premature aging and disease, we can be in control of our health and our life.

2. I know that stress is one of the greatest causes of ill health, aging, and unhappiness. As a natural stress case myself, I love learning about and sharing the most effective ways to chill out and stay balanced.

3. I want to know how to truly keep naturally beautiful skin throughout life.

4. Most people are afraid of aging and disease, while at the same time doing all of the things that cause them. With a healthy body and a positive mind, we can live vibrantly and die when we are meant to in a natural way.

5. I believe that if we were all eating a healthy diet, actively reducing stress, living life to our full potential, and genuinely experiencing physical and emotional wellbeing, the world would be a much better place.
